Kevin G. May, CSRP, CPCU
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin May is the founder and CEO of Acclaim Resource Partners, LLC which is a provider of subrogation and outsourcing and consulting services to the insurance industry. Kevin brings over 17 years of insurance experience to Recclaim Software Solutions which includes underwriting, claims, and significant subrogation experience. Since 1993 while helping Country Insurance and Financial Services create and implement its subrogation department, Kevin has been at the forefront of the subrogation industry as insurance carriers first began to look at subrogation as a component of their business that should be considered a profit center as well as a centralized function. In addition to his role as CEO of Recclaim, Kevin serves on both the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and has achieved the designation as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and is a Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP). .
Dustin Cassady
Chief Information Officer
Dustin Cassady,co-founder of Recclaim Software Solutions, serves as the leader and strategic planner in all aspects of technology and information processing. Dustin has seven years of software architecture and systems design experience with both State Farm Insurance Companies and Country Insurance & Financial Services.
His experience in the insurance industry has been exclusively with cutting-edge technologies, which include assisting both Country Insurance and Financial Services and State Farm make the transition from the content only era of internet technology to today’s Web 2.0 where the internet is a platform for both content and functionality.
Dustin has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science and Business from Lake Forest College.
Susan Kirk, CPCU
Vice President, Client Services
Susan Kirk has over 22 years of experience in the insurance software development field primarily in the claims area. She enjoyed a successful 19 year career at State Farm Insurance Companies. Prior to her tenure at State Farm, she was employed by Horace Mann Insurance Company in data processing. She brings business development expertise, strong management experience and visionary skills to Recclaim Software Solutions. Susan will be managing the day to day operations of Recclaim with specific emphasis to the on-going relationships with our clients.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from University of Illinois and holds a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. She is Myers-Briggs qualified and is a licensed HeartMathtm provider.
D. Douglas Aldeen, JD
General Counsel
Doug Aldeen has thirteen years of significant insurance experience representing provider sponsored HMO’s as in house counsel in both Illinois and Texas. In addition to managing Recclaim’s general legal matters, Doug will manage matters related to intellectual property, software licensing, and contracts. Doug also serves as General Counsel for Acclaim Resource Partners LLC.Prior to joining Acclaim, Doug served as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Community First Health Plans, Inc in San Antonio, Texas.
Doug has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois.
