Upon selecting SubroPro as your subrogation processing solution, you will be assigned an account manager who will be responsible for scoping your project, ensuring all requirements are identified, working with you on resource needs and managing the project through to implementation.
The account manager will also inform you of any implementation issues identified. All customers will have the ability to:
- Receive release updates
- Receive necessary fixes or patches
- Track your project’s implementation schedule
- Submit enhancement requests and bug fixes
- Submit service requests
Any after hours support or on-site work will also be arranged by your account manager.
