Training
RecclaimSM user training helps your employees and employee trainers get comfortable with SubroProSM and all our customer service features. This “transfer of knowledge” helps to ensure a successful implementation and employee acceptance.
User training is facilitated by Recclaim’s Learning and Development Team, which consists of individuals skilled in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. During user training, your team will learn how to use SubroPro and our friendly customer service interface. The team will also learn how to integrate SubroPro into their existing workflows and processes, in order to improve performance and productivity.
User Manuals
SubroPro comes with out-of-the-box user manuals that can be used by your team for future reference or user training.
This manual can be customized to fit in with your team’s current workflows and process upon request.
Help Desk
Recclaim has a state-of-the-art help desk system called Recclaim Service Center (RSC), to which all clients are given access. RSC will allow you one interface and location to contact anyone on your Recclaim team, whether it is your account manager, support specialist, sales representation or one of our lead developers.
Recclaim Service Center will provide the following client functionality:
- Download any necessary fixes or patches
- Receive release updates
- Track your projects implementation schedule
- Submit enhancement requests and bug fixes
